Boxed Editions
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused and unopened boxed editions.
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unused and in its original condition
- All contents must be included
- The item must be returned in its original packaging whenever possible
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives incomplete or incorrect.

Printable Editions
Due to the nature of digital products, printable editions and downloadable files are non-refundable once the files have been delivered or downloaded.
Refunds
Once a return has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
